The mission of the Administrators Association (AASD) is to represent and protect the rights of our members to better enable them to work towards the District's goal of improving student achievement by supporting teaching and learning in the classroom.

The purpose of the organization is to promote educational excellence in the San Diego Unified School District by representing the professional concerns of its members in their relations with the San Diego Unified School District and to serve as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of the supervisory employees of the San Diego Unified School District.
