Movie Passes: AMC and Regal Entertainment Group movies passes
are $6.00 each. The only
restriction is that the movie passes can’t be used during the first 10 days
of a movies release.
AMC Gift Cards: Gift cards are a great idea as a unique gift or
to keep on hand for that “spur of the moment” trip to the movies! Gift
cards are $25.00 each and the
$25.00 value can be used just like cash – for tickets and/or concessions!

Regal Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are $10.00 each and can be used just like cash – for tickets and/or
concessions! When coupled with movie passes, this makes a nice gift combo.
See’s Candies: One-pound gift certificates with gold cardboard
gift envelope can be purchased for $11.00
each (a savings of approximately $3.50 per pound). Two or three
certificates can be combined for a 2 or 3 pound box of chocolates.

“Wild at Work”: This free service provides discounts to California’s hottest theme parks, hotels, and
entertainment destinations (i.e., Wild Animal
Park, San Diego Zoo,
Universal Studio, etc.). Register online to take advantage of a variety of

What can AASD do for you?
 AASD is responsible for negotiating
your Memorandum of Understanding (MOU/contract) with the district.
AASD offers on-the-job assistance,
including dispute resolution, to protect your employment rights.
AASD gives advice
and assistance to those with professional issues.
AASD provides a representative voice
to the Superintendent and Board of Education.
AASD monitors the evaluation process
and procedures to protect your rights.
AASD offers mini grants to attend
conferences within San Diego County, $100 limit, or outside San Diego County,
$250 limit.
AASD awards a $250 Student
Scholarship to qualifying sons or daughters of members (see flyer on “Home”
page).
